The domain is bought in your name
Your domain is registered in your own registrar and Cloudflare account, paid with your card. Strelva gets a DNS-edit member role to wire up hosting, nothing more. It's not account ownership, and you can revoke it in a click.
Your content is yours and exportable anytime
Every page section, your settings, theme, navigation, footer, and a manifest of every image, logo, and photo can be downloaded from the dashboard. Not at month twelve, not on request. Whenever you want it.
The service term is stated up front
Managed service is month-to-month unless the accepted scope says otherwise. Build fees and custom work remain governed by the quote and terms you accepted.
Leaving is an export, not a hostage negotiation
When you go, you take the whole site, content and assets, exported and intact. The domain was already yours, so there's nothing to pry loose. Strelva just steps off the DNS-edit access once you're live on your own.
