Do I really own my domain?+
Yes. Your domain is registered in your name. If you leave Strelva, you keep it. We'll even help you transfer.
What if I need to cancel?+
Managed service is month-to-month unless your accepted scope says otherwise. The scope also states the export or repository handoff included if service ends. Your domain remains in your account.
Is the site custom or a template?+
Custom. We design it based on your business, your brand, and your content. No cookie-cutter templates.
How fast are changes?+
The service boundary and expected timing are stated in your scope. Simple updates are usually faster than structural work, and consequential public changes are held for your approval.
What changes are included?+
Your quote and management plan state the included surfaces and cadence. New integrations, commerce, migrations, and material structural work may require separate scope.
Do I need to know anything technical?+
No. Use dashboard chat to describe the change in plain English. 'Add a Saturday yoga class at 9am' is a valid request, and consequential changes wait for your approval.
What about e-commerce?+
Commerce and booking can be scoped where the provider and business requirements support it. A full store, migration, or special integration is quoted before work starts.
