Trust and control

Know who can do what.

Your business and an agency are separate. Agency membership does not grant access to every client. Platform staff are not your content approver.

These are the product boundaries and current limits. They do not replace your service agreement.

Authority

Permission comes first.

Agency access

An agency works within the access the business grants. Strelva Agency follows the same permissions. Preparing a change does not give anyone authority to publish it.

Make it live

Where a System is enabled, inspect its prepared change before using Make it live. The work record names the actor. An agency receives the platform credit Runs on Strelva.

Client identity

End customers should see the business’s identity. Complete agency brand coverage is still being finished. Client email and owner invitations are coming soon and remain off during the silent rollout.

Ownership and exit

Check the handoff before you commit.

Your domain and connected accounts

Keep your domain and provider accounts in your business’s name. Connecting a provider enables a capability; it does not grant permission for every action.

In progress

Export and changing agencies

A complete transfer of history is still being verified. Ask which records, files and repository handoff are included before relying on a migration.

Billing and leaving

Review the plan and service agreement to see what stops and what continues to bill. Removing access or exporting data does not by itself establish that every subscription has ended.
