What you get

Everything in this one, done for you.

Can arrive by email on the agreed weekly schedule
Plain language, not a 40-page analytics export
Found, clicked, changed, and one next step in four lines
Built from real traffic and booking data, not estimates

A site you can't measure is a site you stop trusting. When weekly reporting is enabled for your plan, the receipt summarizes how many people found you, which tracked actions they took, what changed on the site, and one useful thing to do next. Four sections, one screen, written in plain language.

A plain-English operating receipt

This is the opposite of the agency PDF nobody reads. The email links back to the dashboard when detail matters while keeping the useful facts in the message itself.

How it works

From idea to live, step by step.

1

We pull the week's real numbers

On the enabled weekly schedule, the system gathers what actually happened: first-party page views and action clicks, plus search and review data from sources you have connected.

2

We add proof of work, not just stats

If a change went live that week, the receipt lists it with the exact day we checked it was live on your real site. If your ranking moved in Google or you started showing up in AI answers, that goes in too, described in plain words.

3

It's written like a useful operating update

The numbers become a few short paragraphs that lead with the most interesting verified fact. It reports visits and tracked actions, never invented lead counts.

4

It lands in your inbox with one next step

No login, no PDF, no chart to decode. Four sections and the single most useful thing to do before next week, like updating a section that's gone stale. Read three lines, act on the last one.

The difference

The old way, and the way with Strelva.

The old way

  • A 40-page analytics export you open once and never again.
  • You're never sure the people managing your site actually did anything.
  • Vague promises about 'leads' you can't verify.

With Strelva

  • Four plain-English lines you can read before your coffee's done.
  • The receipt lists each change and the day we confirmed it was live.
  • Honest counts of real visits and clicks, plus one clear thing to do next.

Illustrative operating scenario

A representative example of product behavior, not a customer case study.

Priya at Cedar & Sparrow had stopped believing her website did anything. In this illustrative scenario, an enabled weekly receipt showed 38 visits, Search Console interest in prenatal yoga, and an unchanged schedule section. She requested the new prenatal class in dashboard chat, reviewed the staged change, and the following receipt showed booking-button interest on that section. The receipt connected verified activity to a concrete next action.

Questions

The things people ask first.

Do I have to log in to read it?

No. When email reporting is enabled, the useful summary comes to your inbox on the agreed schedule. You only open the dashboard if you want the underlying detail.

Where do the numbers come from? Are they made up?

They're real. Page views and booking clicks are counted by your live site, and the search terms come from Google Search Console. If a change is listed as 'live,' it's because we checked your real site and confirmed it. If we couldn't confirm something, we say so plainly rather than claiming it worked.

Will it tell me how many leads or sales I got?

It reports visits, clicks, searches, and reviews, because those are things we can measure honestly. It won't claim a number of leads or sales, because what happens after someone calls you is yours, not something we'd pretend to count.

What if nothing happened that week?

The report says so plainly. A quiet week can prompt a useful next step without turning a lack of activity into a made-up success claim.
