What you get
Everything in this one, done for you.
You describe the business. We scope and quote the build, then create the site: real design, real copy, your photos, your domain. No blank canvas, no template wizard, no Saturday afternoon lost to figuring out why the mobile version looks broken.
Built for you, run for you
Once it's live, hosting and maintenance are ours. SSL, uptime, page speed, the boring infrastructure that breaks at the worst possible time. We watch it so you don't have to. Your only job is running the business behind the front door.
How it works
From idea to live, step by step.
You tell us about the business
A short conversation: what you do, who you serve, what you want people to do when they land. Send over your logo, photos, and hours if you have them. If you don't, we work with what's there and fill the gaps.
We build the real thing, not a mockup
A person hand-builds your site as its own project: layout, copy, your services, your booking or call button. It's a working site on a real address you can click through, not a Figma file or a slideshow.
You approve it, then it goes live on your domain
You review the finished site and say what to change. Once approved, it goes live on your own domain with SSL handled, and ongoing management begins.
We host it and keep it healthy from there
Hosting, certificates, speed, and uptime are ours after launch. An audit runs against the live site continuously, so a slow page or a broken link gets caught and fixed before it costs you a customer.
The difference
The old way, and the way with Strelva.
The old way
- You pay an agency a few thousand up front and hope the result is worth it.
- The site lives in a builder you rent. Hosting, SSL, and renewals are your problem.
- A plugin update or expired certificate takes the site down and you find out from a customer.
With Strelva
- You approve a clear scope and build price before work starts.
- Hosting, SSL, and your domain are handled end to end. You never see a renewal notice.
- The live site is monitored continuously, so problems get caught before they reach anyone.
What it looks like for a real business
Mara ran Saltine & Rye off a Facebook page and a menu photo that was two prices out of date. She didn't want to learn a website builder, and the one agency quote she got was 3,400 dollars up front. We built her a real site in a few days: the menu, hours, a map, and a click-to-call button, written around the place instead of dropped into a template. She approved it, it went live on saltineandrye.com, and the subscription started that day. When the patio reopened for the season she texted the new hours and the photo. She has still never logged into a hosting panel, because there isn't one for her to log into.
Questions
The things people ask first.
How is the website build priced?
We scope the site after a short conversation and give you a clear build quote before work starts. Ongoing management is billed separately on the plan you choose.
Is this a template like Wix or Squarespace?
No. A person builds your site as its own project with design and copy written for your business. You're not filling in a template or dragging blocks. That's also why you never have to maintain it.
Who owns the domain and the site?
You do, from day one. The domain stays in your name and the content and design are yours. If you ever leave, you take the whole site with you. There's no contract and nothing to cancel-fight your way out of.
How fast is it really, and what if I want changes after launch?
Most sites are live in about three days. After launch you change anything by texting us what you want, no login or builder. Most updates are live in minutes.
See it on your own site first.
