The service

Strelva ("we") builds and runs websites for local businesses, including design, hosting, content management, SEO, and analytics for local businesses ("you"). We build and maintain your website. You retain ownership of your domain, content, and business data.

Pricing and billing

The service starts at $99 per month. We build your initial site at no charge. Billing begins when you approve the site for publication. You may cancel at any time with no termination fee. We do not offer refunds for partial months.

Your content

You own your content. We create content on your behalf (blog posts, page copy, image selections) which becomes yours upon publication. If you cancel, we provide an export of all site files and content within 7 business days.

Domain ownership

Your domain is registered in your name. If you cancel, you keep your domain. We will assist with DNS transfer to your new host at no charge.

Approval and publishing

We do not publish changes to your live site without your approval, except for security patches and critical bug fixes. All content changes, layout modifications, and SEO updates require your explicit sign-off before going live.

Cancellation

Cancel anytime by emailing hello@strelva.com. Your site remains live through the end of your billing period. We provide a full export of your site files and assist with domain transfer at no additional charge.
