The service
Strelva ("we") provides custom website builds and ongoing managed website services for businesses ("you"). The exact pages, integrations, managed surfaces, reporting cadence, and service boundaries are stated in the written quote or scope you approve before work begins.
Pricing and billing
Ongoing website management starts at $99 per month. The custom website build is scoped and quoted separately before work begins. Build and management charges, payment timing, and any third-party costs are identified in your approved quote. Unless a different start date is written in that quote, monthly management begins when the site is approved for publication. You may cancel management at any time with no termination fee. We do not offer refunds for partial months.
Your content
You own the business content you provide and the final website content created for your approved scope. Third-party software, fonts, stock media, integrations, and licensed assets remain subject to their own terms. If you cancel, we provide an export of your site content and the transferable site files within 7 business days.
Domain ownership
Your domain is registered in your name or held in an account you control. If you cancel, you keep your domain. We will provide the reasonable DNS and transfer information needed to move the site.
Approval and publishing
Consequential public changes, including pricing, booking, contact, structural, and material marketing changes, are held for approval. Your scope may allow specifically defined, low-risk maintenance actions to publish without case-by-case approval. Security patches and critical bug fixes may be applied when needed to protect the service.
Cancellation
Cancel anytime by emailing hello@strelva.com. Your site remains live through the end of your billing period. We provide a full export of your site files and assist with domain transfer at no additional charge.
Business operations
Business operations beyond managed websites are governed by a separate written scope that defines the result, permitted actions, acceptance evidence, fees, ownership, support, and any continuing operating responsibility. The $99 website-management starting price does not apply to that work.
